We’ve made some changes to LendingAHand.com to provide more focused updates that are valuable to you.

What We Changed

We have created three categories of posts we write on LendingAHand.com:

Real Estate Agents

First Time Buyers

Current Home Owners

These categories will allow us to focus our information to those that we feel can benefit.  Each time we write a post we will determine who we believe can most benefit from the information.  If we feel that both real estate agents and first time buyers could benefit but most homeowners would not be interested we will then add the post to the Real Estate Agent and First Time Buyer category.  There are possibilities of post that will be in all three categories, just two or maybe just one.

What You Need To Do

You do not need to do anything unless you want to change the emails you receive.  If you are receiving this post in your email then you are already subscribed to receive all posts.  If you would like to modify which categories you receive posts for please visit our subscription page and complete the registration process for the categories you would like to receive emails on.  If you do want to change the list you are subscribed to be sure to unsubscribe to this list otherwise you will receive duplicate emails after subscribing to individual categories.

What We Suggest

We would suggest you remain subscribed to receive all posts.  We will be increasing the frequency in which we write posts but we hope the information we write is valuable to you.  If you find the volume of posts becomes annoying or they do not focus on topics you are interested in then make the changes to the lists you are subscribed to at that time.
