When we asked him about the possibility of getting a conventional loan he agreed to look into it and made it possible for us to receive the loan that was the best fit for us personally and financially. Scott also made a point to call us to discuss changes or questions that would be better addressed on the phone versus on e-mail. He was available to us if we had any questions, and he explained new concepts to us in an very understandable way. We had a great experience as first-time home buyers.
